Let's get right to the point. We expect people do do their work really well. Our Brand has been built around excellence and over-delivery, and customer satisfaction or most often delight. We want our customers to be pleasantly surprised with the service and product that we deliver.

 

However, we don't want over-achievers who want to feel bad about themselves. One of the features of our Group is that we want people to enjoy their work, enjoy the people that they work with, but commit to be focused on what they do and want to achieve when they're at work.

 

At all of the companies we strive to offer profit sharing bonusses. We cannot always compete with the big corporates in salaries, although we do pay close to market related. Our philosophy is thus, and has always been, if we do make money we'll share a chunk of it with the employees.  

 

If you've been working at an Alphawave company for more than two years, we offer phantom shares as a bonus and / or incentive. This is another one of our ways to make the people that work with us part of the company. In the long term, they can share in the success.
